Before joining the Royal College of Engineering, Mr.Salim served a key post in the banking sector in Qatar, proving his caliber of leadership. He has also served as the managing director of Khaleej Pravasi Infrastructure. His passion for education can be seen in his successful stint at the Royal College, and that passion has led him and his team to envision Rosebay International School. The school is being set up to fulfill his vision to raise the bar of education in the district of Thrissur.

He is associated with various organizations in varying capacities, including being the director of TJSV Fabrication & Galvanizing Co., Tamil Nadu. A philanthropist at heart, he plays senior leadership roles as president and chief patron of various trusts and charitable organizations.

Mr.V.K Abdul Kader is the director and treasurer of Royal College of Engineering and Technology. He had a diverse and successful career journey.
